I had a great stay at 1551 Palermo Boutique Hotel with my husband! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the heart of Palermo, making it easy to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations for our excursions. However, I wish the breakfast could start a bit earlier for those wanting to get out early.

I really enjoyed my stay at 1551 Palermo Boutique Hotel, especially in the massive Master Suite that came with its own private balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. However, I did notice that some small details, like breakfast quality and the condition of common facilities, could be improved. Overall, though, I would definitely come back because of the great location and unique charm of the place.
Rooms
8.0
The Master Suite was spacious at 70m and very comfortable. However, I recognized that some other rooms might have given a less impressive experience.
Service

The staff was young and generally helpful, especially Maia who arranged things for me. I did encounter some language barriers, which sometimes made communication a bit challenging.
Location
9.0
The location is relatively quiet but still close to the trendy heart of Palermo, making it easy to explore. I felt safe walking there even at night.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast had fresh orange juice and pastries, but I was disappointed with the timing and quality on some items, like the sour milk served with coffee.
Facilities
5.0
While the pool looked inviting, it was not in great condition during my stay. I expected more attention to detail in the facilities.

However, I was disappointed with the breakfast, which lacked variety and left me often asking for more. Overall, while the room was fantastic, the breakfast experience was a major downside that could use improvement.
